HAPPY START - I am very pleased so far. After too many conversations with Apple Support, I relegated my Mac-Mini to spare status and decided to go back to WINDOWS. Setup was easy with guidance throughout and I am enjoying many features I did not have with APPLE. On the down side, I miss some of the software available to APPLE that I cant find on either Windows or GOOGLE. I especially enjoyed doing photo books for my family but while those programs are available on ANDROID and my phone, I can no longer get them on my new WINDOWS computer. Neither am I especially happy with the keyboard that came with the unit. My old Underwood typewriter was easier to use. I am happy with storage and speed and space advantages. I think I am going to like it.

Computer failed to boot up within one month of purchase. We got the PxE over Ip4 error on start up. Worked with HP to isolate the issue. We swapped out the SSD only to find out that despite being advertised as coming with Windows 11 Pro, HP said the computer they sold us only came with a trial version of Windows. I spent days trying to work with the seller to get this resolved, but would only receive roughly one response a day which made troubleshooting and resolution extremely slow. We bought this computer for a business and needed a quicker resolution. They said on Saturday that a tech would be out to take a look at it first thing on Monday only for Monday to come and go without us hearing a word from them or any tech. We were left to our own devices to get and install a new operating software. Don't bother with his company, look elsewhere.
