My Win 7 box just wasn't cutting it anymore, too many web site errors as the browsers I had all would not update anymore. Laptop arrived in a plain box which I appreciate since I live in a condo complex and deal with porch pirates. Took about 2 hours to get set up but that's mostly because windows 11 asks too many ??'s. Very happy with it so far and I have been trusting Lenovo products for years and they have lasted me for years.
