The screen is not Full HD (1920x1080), but a mere 1366x768 -- way off the specification....

Fraudulently mislabled accessories
The Acer chromebook laptop itself was great, the USB Hub and MicroSD card Snowbell included is fraudulently mislabled as 128GB and 32GB respectively. The firmware has been changed to show 128/32GB but the actual physical amount of storage is 8GB and 4GB respectively. Any files larger than this that get uploaded onto the drive will be erased/overwritten. I brought this up to Snowbell who REFUSE to accept this is happening despite me having provided multiple pieces of evidence demonstrating that this was happening. Terrible service, at this point it's hard to chaulk it up to a simple error, they surely must be fully aware their inventory is full of duds.

Capacity: 15.6" | 4GB | 64GB StorageVerified PurchaseThis is five stars relative to the money spent. My first Chromebook. I've owned probably 25 laptops and used to own a computer store in the 90s. No it's not the best screen, but it's good enough, as good as cheap laptops used to have 20 yrs ago. Battery seems to last a good amount of time. Keyboard is ok, speed is so so, sound is passable, it's very easy to use. A functional device for basic internet and other simple tasks. I have trouble with the tiny form factor of smartphones and virtual keyboards, so this larger 15.6" screen and keyboard is great. Probably I would pick a faster processor and more memory next time around. I can't fault anything, for the money. And it feels good to get out from under Microsoft's intrusive scam operating systems that eat up resources, track you and make you subscribe forever, and slow down your computer to a crawl, unless you spring for the best hardware. Ok, so Google tracks you too. Nice value here.

Along with other apps that you can use on the phone. You are not able to use on this computer. If it’s on the Google play store, I should be able to play it on this device no matter what it is.

Can't really have too many things going at the same time but for browsing, checking emails, and small projects my wife likes to do on canva, it's perfect. Highly recommend if you're looking for a laptop that won't break the bank.
Also, not sure if its just me but Microsoft Office does not work on this laptop. Maybe it does, idk. It has google docs which is very similar and easy to learn.

I gave it to him a little early because Ou concerned that he was not going to like it and I would not be able to return it during the return window. He was happy that he received a gift however, the product was very glitchy. Not only that, but the speakers went out, the first night of him watching movies. He travels for work, and the company that he works for does not pay for them to have entertainment on the television. This laptop was going to be a game changer for him. Since he is going to be able to edit his résumé, as well as watch movies . Can’t watch movies without sound in his case. Besides, the glitching and slow processing in the speakers not working it looks goods. The product does not have backlight for the keyboard. The battery life is amazing. The screen is very average. If you’re watching a movie with someone sitting next to you and you’re in bed you cannot see from the side. Planning to return this product ASAP so that I may get him some thing that actually works properly.
